Eesti puhul loeme faili uas.geojson aadressil utm.eans.ee, millele viitab Transpordiameti leht "Geograafilised alad": 230 ala seisuga 21. september 2026, laetakse igal ööl ja näidatakse muutmata kujul, allikana "Transpordiamet / EANS". Mida me ei leidnud, on kasutustingimused. Ei leht, fail ega selle metaandmed ütle, mida kolmas osapool andmetega teha tohib. Me ei loe vaikimist loaks, seepärast küsime otse: 1. Kas kolmandad osapooled, sealhulgas äriteenused nagu meie oma, tohivad faili oma teenusesse lõimida ja seda oma kasutajatele näidata, viitega allikale? 2. Millise litsentsi alusel fail on avaldatud, kui litsents on olemas? Üks rida allalaadimislingi kõrval, näiteks litsentsi nimi, lahendaks küsimuse kõigile faili kasutajatele, mitte ainult meile. Its public map, dronetrake.com/fly, shows the UAS geographical zones of the European countries that publish them in a machine-readable form. For Estonia we read the file uas.geojson served at utm.eans.ee and linked from the Transpordiamet page "Geographical zones": 230 zones as of 21 September 2026, fetched every night and shown unaltered, with "Transpordiamet / EANS" as the stated source. What we could not find is the terms of use. Neither the page, nor the file, nor its metadata say what a third party may do with the data. We do not read silence as permission, so we ask you directly: 1. May third parties, including commercial services such as ours, integrate the file and show it to their users, with attribution to Transpordiamet / EANS? 2. Under which licence, if any, is it published? One line next to the download link, such as the name of the licence, would settle the question for everyone who uses the file, not only for us. Until we hear from you the zones stay on our map. If we have no answer by 20 October 2026 we will take Estonia off the public map and say why: using data without knowing its terms is not something we want to do. Thank you for your work on the file.
