Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for your valuable comments and proposals regarding the draft Vilnius Declaration.

We have carefully reviewed all submissions received and incorporated the proposed amendments into the text. Based on the comments provided, we have prepared compromise wording for the relevant provisions, seeking to reflect the different views expressed while preserving the overall coherence of the Declaration.

Please find attached the revised draft containing the proposed compromise amendments for your consideration.

We would be grateful to receive your reflections or indication of support for the proposed compromise wording by 23 June 2026.
