Subject: Follow-up on the Vilnius Declaration: Finalization and Signature Procedure
Dear Colleagues,
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to those delegations that have already confirmed their support for the revised draft of the Vilnius
Declaration.
As the deadline for comments has passed and no further observations have been received, we assume that the revised draft is ready for the signature
procedure. On this basis, we will now proceed accordingly.
If any delegation still wishes to raise an issue before we finalize the process, we kindly request you to contact us at your earliest convenience,
but no later than 29 June.
